Called to Serve: A missionary in waiting..

On October 23, 2014 a new chapter of my life revealed itself. I had just put in my mission papers a few weeks previous and it had finally come in the mail. Needless to say, I was a wreck during the whole waiting process. But the day came, and all of my close friends and acquaintances were all packed into the lobby of my tiny dorm in Old Heritage.  I found my breathe to be uneven, my hands quivering, and my speech gone. As I read through the page, my eyes were magnetized to my future destination of where I will be serving for the next 18 months.. Nampa, Idaho!  I was also thrilled to know that I was to report to the Mexico MTC on March 4th, 2015 to learn the Spanish language! After the many congratulations and well wishes, that night I slept with confidence knowing that this is exactly where the Lord needs me to go.  I still don't know what He has in store for me, but I know that whatever it is He needs me to do or say, I am more than willing to do it.
